Dr. Laura Bridge is a licensed clinical psychologist based in Warren, New Jersey. Her academic journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, followed by a Master's degree in Cognitive Neuroscience, both earned in the United Kingdom. She then pursued and attained her Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology in California.
Dr. Bridge brings a wealth of experience across diverse demographics, having worked extensively with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She effectively addresses a wide range of mental health challenges through individual therapy, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, borderline personality disorder, fertility journeys, and parenting.
Dr. Bridge has honed her skills in various settings, including addiction centers, in-patient facilities, outpatient clinics, and private practice. With a strong commitment to embracing diversity, she seamlessly integrates multicultural perspectives into her therapeutic approach, including CBT, DBT, and prolonged exposure therapy.
